For each experience, advance booking is required by contacting Vair’s reception or the Guest Service.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, the full cost of the experience will be charged.

Please inform Vair’s staff about your health conditions, any allergies, or injuries that could compromise the treatment or use of the facilities. Also, please inform us of any pregnancies to guide the expectant mother in choosing dedicated treatments and services.

Vair is a place of relaxation. Please respect everyone’s right to privacy and tranquility by keeping a low voice and silencing your mobile phones. Guests are also kindly asked not to smoke and not to take photos or videos. Vair declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss; therefore, we recommend leaving valuables in your room or in the lockers available in the changing rooms.

Vair’s team includes both male and female therapists. Please indicate any preferences in advance; Vair’s staff will do their best to accommodate every request.

For health and safety reasons, Guests under 16 years old cannot use the spa alone, but can only enjoy treatments dedicated to them. Under 18 years old, written parental or guardian consent is required.

For special events and occasions dedicated to wellbeing, it is possible to book the private and exclusive use of the spa on request by directly contacting Vair’s reception.
